LLST swim out of the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre found at 249 Sherk Street, Leamington, Ontario N8H 4X7 The Complex offers a six-lane 25m pool as part of the facility, this is where practices take place. Dryland training takes place on deck near the equipment shed which is led by one of our trained coaches, these sessions are available to all blue and green swimmers.
