LLST swim out of the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre found at 249 Sherk Street, Leamington, Ontario N8H 4X7 The complex features a six-lane, 25-metre pool where all swim practices are held. LLST has recently added three new starting blocks and backstroke ledges to enhance training opportunities for swimmers. Dryland training takes place in a dedicated area and is led by one of our qualified coaches. These sessions are available to swimmers in the Velocity and Pulse groups who wish to participate, helping to build strength, coordination, and overall athletic performance.
